These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Plantsium website and your purchase of products from us.
By accessing or using the Plantsium website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our other applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy and Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Plantsium is a brand operated by CNC Metal Casting, a proprietorship owned by Mohammed Mukarram Sultan.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. About Plantsium
Plantsium is a brand operated by CNC Metal Casting, a proprietorship owned by Mohammed Mukarram Sultan.
Plantsium currently sells vermicompost and related products that may be introduced in the future.
References to “Plantsium”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms & Conditions refer to Plantsium and its operating business, CNC Metal Casting, as applicable.
References to “you”, “your” or “customer” refer to the person accessing the website or purchasing our products.
2. Eligibility to Use the Website
By using the Plantsium website or placing an order, you confirm that:
The information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
You will use the website only for lawful purposes.
You will not use the website to engage in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

A customer account is required to place an order through the Plantsium website.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and placing an order.
You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activities carried out through your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact us promptly.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary due to fraudulent activity, misuse, violation of these Terms & Conditions or other legitimate reasons.
4. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
However, minor variations may occur in the appearance, colour, texture, packaging or other characteristics of products.
For natural or organic products such as vermicompost, variations in appearance and texture may naturally occur between batches.
Such natural variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.
5. Product Use
Customers are responsible for using and storing our products according to the instructions and recommendations provided by Plantsium.
Plantsium is not responsible for outcomes resulting from:
Incorrect application or use.
Failure to follow product instructions.
Improper storage or handling.
Use of the product for purposes other than those for which it is intended.
Conditions outside Plantsium’s reasonable control.
Gardening and plant-growing results can vary depending on factors including plant type, soil conditions, climate, watering, sunlight, application methods and other environmental conditions.
Plantsium does not guarantee a particular plant-growth or gardening outcome.
6. Product Availability
Products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
Limit quantities available for purchase.
Update product availability.
Discontinue products.
Correct product or availability information where an error has occurred.
If an order cannot be fulfilled because a product is unavailable, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.
7. Prices
Product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
We may change prices from time to time.
Any applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

When you place an order through the Plantsium website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation may be sent to the email address associated with your account.
An order may be cancelled or declined where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

Where payment has already been received for an order that we are unable to fulfil, an appropriate refund will be processed.
9. Payment
Plantsium currently accepts prepaid online payments only through the payment methods made available at checkout.
Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay.
Plantsium does not currently offer Cash on Delivery.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to use a payment method that you are authorised to use.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Plantsium currently delivers orders only within Karnataka, India.
Our standard shipping charge is ₹49 for orders below ₹499.
Orders of ₹499 or above qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 3 hours of placing an order, provided that the order has not already been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

12. Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Plantsium does not accept change-of-mind returns.
Refunds and replacements may be available for qualifying circumstances, including:
A product or package arriving damaged.
A wrong product being received.
A shipment being officially confirmed as lost in transit.
Damaged or incorrect-product claims must be reported on the same day as delivery and may require photographs, packaging images and unboxing video evidence.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
